Spin + Strength (60min, 30min ride, 30min lift)

Power meets performance in Spin + Strength, the ultimate combo of cardio and resistance training. Start strong with energizing cycling intervals that get your heart pumping, then shift gears to functional strength work off the bike that sculpts, tones, and builds endurance.
